Chandler & Louise | Courtland, Alabama

One month ago I had the greatest privilege to spend a few hours with Mr. & Mrs. Tate. A year ago they were well into planning their May 2020 wedding, and like so many others those plans had to shift due to Covid-19. They were still able to have a private ceremony on the beach in Georgia with their closest family and a few friends. They again planned for a September postponement. With all the love and kindness these two consistently pour into the world, they had to make the difficult decision to cancel for the health and well-being of all of those loved ones planning to travel to Alabama for a celebration.

We then decided in lieu of a Wedding Day we would meet for a private Bridal Portrait Session with the happy couple! It was magical. We traveled to Courtland, AL to the Bride’s Grandparent’s home and to the family church they had planned to wed in. We took our time, Louise was an absolute beauty in her dress. Chandler’s ear-to-ear grin as his wife could not be stifled. I have throughly enjoyed shooting couples when there is no pressure of the day, no on-lookers, just us making romantic and dreamy images in your wedding attire. It was really so fun, and so beautiful. Cheers to Chandler & Louise, and may 2020 always be their most difficult year of marriage!
